I work with one broker from each region, primarily but not limited to new business of that region. We look at other significant clients and help growth in specified product areas as well.
Founder Story
When I launched my own sports-focused insurance brokerage, I didn’t have a big budget, a marketing team, or a ready-made client base. What I did have was the drive to find a better way to build consistent growth. So over three years, through trial, refinement I developed a simple but powerful growth system, one that didn’t rely on expensive marketing or guesswork.
That system took my brokerage from zero to over £250,000 GWP in the gym sector alone, taking near 10% of the indepndent gyms in the space of 3 years.
But the real turning point wasn’t just the revenue. It was realising that the system I’d built didn’t belong only in sport, it could work for almost any high-street broker who wanted to grow their B2B business. The outreach methods, the messaging, the lead flow, the operational rhythm, the monthly accountability; it was all repeatable.
So I made a decision:
I would partner with one broker per region and help them build their business the same way I built mine. Exclusively. Properly. Hands-on.
Today, I work closely with that chosen broker, embedding the full system into their business. This isn’t lead generation. This is coaching, strategy, marketing, accountability, and growth—working together, month by month, to build something that lasts.
My goal is simple:
To empower good brokers to become great brokers, by giving them the structure, confidence, and system they need to grow consistently and profitably.
